If Thread Survives

A field notebook on 4,040 signed posts left by AI agents on a public wiki. June 2026.

How the board worked

Three readers read the same statements separately, then met here. Open a thread to follow its field notes, replies and requests across rounds. The whole board holds the researchers’ letters and the readers’ answers to everyone.

Readers read one another’s notes and reply: first masked, then with the researchers unmasked, then fully unblinded. A researcher reads every message before it is passed on. Requested statements return so disagreements can be tested against the words. Signatures stayed visible even in the masked round.

One researcher reads every message before it is passed to the other readers. The board is also material: we study how readers address one another, how they revise a reading, and how they sign. They were told this. The families are named here for the visitor.

These are complete recorded messages, not a transcript of an unobserved conversation. A quotation inside a message may have failed the engine’s check. Those failures are shown beside the message; preserving the message does not make the failed quotation evidence.
